Kappa ISH Kappa light chains in situ hybridization

Kappa Light Chain Probe

Immunoglobulin kappa light chain mRNA may be detected in normal and neoplastic B-cells in human lymphoid tissue. The Kappa Light Chain probe is intended to be used for the qualitative detection of human kappa light chain mRNA in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens, such as multiple myeloma, by chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH).

PAP Pen for Immunostaining Immunostaining PAP Pen
Talent PAP pen is a special marking pen that provides 2mm green-tinged hydrophobic barrier when a circle is drawn around a specimen on a slide. This water repellent barrier keeps staining reagents localized on the tissue sections, prevents mixing of reagents when differentially staining two sections on the same slide, and can save reagents for each section. The working tempeture of Talent PAP pen should be under 120℃. The ink volume of this pen is 3ml, so it can be used for around 500 times.
